By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in the Women’s Wellness Festival (“Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By attending this Event, you acknowledge and accept that participation in fitness activities, wellness sessions, and event experiences may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or accidents. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation. The Event organizers, hosts, staff, vendors, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or as a result of your participation.

2. Personal Property
Attendees are solely responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The Event organizers are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items brought to the Event.

3. Health & Medical Conditions
By participating in any fitness, wellness, or physical activity, you confirm that you are physically able to do so and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. It is your responsibility to consult with a physician prior to engaging in any activities if needed. You agree to stop participation immediately if you feel unwell or at risk.

4. Vendor & Third-Party Services
The Event may include third-party vendors offering products and services. The Event organizers are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of any products, services, or advice provided by vendors. Any transactions or interactions are solely between you and the vendor.

5. Photography & Media Release
By attending the Event, you grant permission for photos, videos, and other media captured during the Event to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation.

6. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward others. The Event organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior without refund.

7. Schedule & Event Changes
The Event organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule, activities, speakers, or vendors at any time without prior notice. In the case of unforeseen circumstances, the Event may be postponed or canceled.

8. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, ticket holders may be offered a rescheduled date or credit.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your participation in the Event.

10. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing a ticket or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
